1. Returns

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty).

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to process your claim promptly.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
